Cheated

have received a call from 8979286005, they said we are from SBI Bank, Mumbai, they said you have received recently an credit card, we are offering you 8000/- gift voucher, this is the verification call. I was trapped for their words and give them the details what they asked, my credit card number, CVV, and they transfer my money in to their account of sum 8215/-. This is very horrible and not acceptable. I have made a call they are lifting the phone when I asked why you have debited my money, they are cutting the phone. I searched in the true caller the location shows uttarashada Pradesh, name is bank. My simple question was how they trace my contact number and how they came to know I have received an credit card of SBI recently. I am no.1 victim for them to transfer my money in to their account. Please help me regarding this and if possible please help to refund the amount. If not possible don’t leave them because no one should affect by them.
