it was bad luck that we went with Nextra broadband connection
in our house in sector 61, noida. Half of the month their
connection was down. specially on monday, when net connection
is crucial for a designer like me who operates from home. they
never maintained their promises which they made several times
over the phone.
Finally we requested them to disconnect the service which they
forcefully didnt do promising the problem wont arise anymore.
We thought to give it one more chance, but even after, their
connection was always down several times in a week.
We immediately sent a request to terminate the connection and
said we wont acknowledge any invoice for the connection whic
never worked.
Now their people are harrassing me over the phone and email
threatening me of legal action because I didnt pay the last
invoice of 1086 raised by them.
These guys are real cheat and unprofessionals and disgusting.
