I Avish Saraf, Rajendra Ornaments, hanuman Chowk, Satna , Mp, 485001 India purchased i-phone 5 from Heera telecom, Satna, Mp,India around 3month ago and from the second day i was facing phone hanging problem then eventually other problems such as sudden restart of phone automatically while talking and phone was facing network problem even when phone was within network area etc.I went to Apple i-phone service centre in mansarowar ,bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 2 weeks ago with complain of facing such problems but the person in service center asked for Rs. 600 for the backup of data and for resolving the issue in phone even when my phone is under warranty and when i had talk to customer care they said no charges are required to be paid for the same . From yesterday i am facing a new problem of blue black spots in the scene Company say that its phone i fallen in water but 1st of all phone had not fallen in water else phone will be dead and secondly they say its water proof and now they are asking for Rs. 8000 as i have filled complain in customer care vide complain no.459208990 and asking me to go to bhopal which takes around 14hrs . What if i go there and they ask for charges while it was in warranty .I want this phone to be replaced by new set and a serious action to be taken regarding this as soon as possible against this cheat.
