HI, I have submitted my phone (Xperia Z1) for repair on 10th Oct to Aarvee Infoservices (Sony Authorised Service Centre) Lamington Road Mumbai DOP is 26th Mar 2014 which means my phone hold 1 year warrant which ends on 25th Mar 2015, but the service centre employee told me that the 6 months are over and the repair / servicing will be charged. This means the company have fooled me by informing that the phone has 1 years of warranty. Also at the same time I have requested for replacement of handsfree which the service centre are replacing for free of Cost. On Job Sheet 1(14101002289) it shows that Warranty Void in Warranty Category and in Job Sheet 2 (14101002998) it shows In Warranty in Warranty Category.
This means if anything charging high then customer have to pay and if any small defect then company will replace. The damage happened by third party, wherein some third person dashed me with his car and I fell on the car at that time it got damaged. I just want to know that why company has assured about 1 Year warranty at the time of purchase. I request that the company should look into the matter at urgent basis and see why their engineers are fooling the customers.
Also would like to inform you that I have not yet received any update on my phone, whether it is repaired or no, Every time I call them they just give me false commitment and say that they will call me and update by tomorrow, but their tomorrow never comes.Even I called yesterday (28th Oct 2014) but they informed that they will inform me on Friday (31st Oct 2014). I just wish that I get my phone this week considering warranty.
Awaiting for positive response on my complaint.Have been suffering lots of issues.
