   I agree with Nangia. I was working for them in the month of March. I got so fed up by senior guy’s behaviour towards me that I resigned on the last day of the month. He always tried to browbeat me . I wrote some emails abt it to HRs too. They used to call me on Sundays n Mondays for work too. I continued working in good faith on them that it’ll pay in the end and things will improve. Nw being a man of so many options open I thought it wise to resign. How amazing are HRs there you can see frm the fact that they issued a termination letter despite my resignation. So nice was their behaviour.
   I’ve never any more crazier company than CEBS. Working with them is a nightmare. They are so opportunistic that it’s particularly bad for senior guys. They have hired some cheap guys like themselves try to dig every little bit of skills n knowledge of you even try to make u train their juniors which they hunt from schools n colleges n then will fire you on any flimsy reason when they think they’ve got everything out of u.
   They still haven’t paid my last month’s salary. I keep mailing them again n again. I mailed them that since they’ve terminated me they are bound by law to pay my salary within 2 days of the termination. Nw they say since u resigned before we terminated u ur termination becomes invalid n we r nt entitled to pay anything for the wrk u’ve done. Has somebody hrd of such bizarre n twisted logic? At least i’ven’t.
   Nw if this is nt a fraud ppl the i wonder wht can be called fraud.

   Really a fraud company they think of they kept you as a pet when they call on sundays with out extra payout
   they hire cheap guys and let them treat very rudely
   The manager very non technical he just want work to be done in oneday a complete website very dirty management policy

   Sir, they (cebs) call my friend to do training in Java ( 6 mnth for complete) and still he is in promoted in 3rd year ( he doesn’t know anything about Java).
   And they also call me for joining that training.
   And said that they will provide a 6 mnth experience letter and a certificate.
   Now ,plz suggest me what should to do for me and my friend?

   Dear Amrish Chadhary , I will request you never ever go there and spoil your carrier .
   They only do the promise but never full fill them, they will simply provide you a certificate which have no value in market (a certificate provide by other training institute). No real project work,only class training like in collage.In starting they will also say if you perform well then they will offer a job but in reality nothing like will happen they will provide job only to those people who pay 70000(Rs) amount to them. and after taking 70000 they will not provide any amount during six month training, One more thing them 70000(Rs) then they there training period must be 10 to 12 month and if you pay 10000 then training period will be maximum 41/2 month. so please i request you not to go there. As i not want that any one face same issue which faced by me and my batch.i have done training from there in 2015. And the HR(Anurag ) is the most cleaver , idiotic,person . he will try to trap you , and not to let you go so easily.

   I was sent a message about the internship on real time projects and a guy calls me and tells that I am apt for them. But before I am a part of their company I need to pay certain amount of money for my training. Any body who had been through this?
