I booked a round trip to Muscat with Oman air and when i requested for the cancellation of my return ticket, makemytrip executive told me that the ticket is non-refundable as it has been partially utilized and when i wrote a mail to Oman air, they gave me a different reason all together that it’s a special fare ticket, that’s why it’s not refundable but none of the terms was mentioned on the ticket.
