Hi, I purchased the Haldiram Snac Lite packaged for selves consumption and found a bolt in the Haldiram Snac lite pack. The worst part is that on lodging the complain with the customer care at 011-47685700 with Hema Jaswani and Vijay Berera, they did not cared about the same and left we wanting to write to them. Inspite of several reminder and written communication they did not feel like reverting to the customer. I never wanted anything but an apology and thought it would make more sense to let them know that customer is suffering which they are least bothered.
They even does not have FSSAI licence number on their products, must have strong political connections.
