It is about 8 months since my card has been lured to operation by a fraudulent on-line and I am proud of the SBI for having access to my card and its associated transaction even without a complaint but by an internal (probable) alert on systems.

I am not able to retrieve it to service since then. The help line and login site of SBI has not helped me at all.

Hope nobody has been subjected to such inconvenience by our national bank.
