I have tried to recharge my Aircel no. through Airtel Money and my Airtel contact no. is +91-9910605553 and I have tried to do the transaction on 1st August,2012 to recharge my Aircel prepaid no. +91-7503782801 with INR 30 but due to some technical error from your end that amount is shifted to the Blocked Amount and for that my Block ID is 7777300 and then i received the message from Airtel Money that we will check and reply to you in 2 Working Days and after 2 days i received the message that my transaction was completed and the Block amount is paid to your merchant and i haven’t got any recharged on my above contact no. and after that i have contacted to the customer care no. and they have logged my complaint and given the complaint no. 2971208 and after some days the complaint gets resolved but my problem is not resolved and after that i again contacted to customer care no. and spoken with Satish and he has logged another complaint and for that complaint no. is 3060086 and still my complaint is not resolved till yet so please check again and i have also contacted to Aircel and they are saying that no recharge is initiated on the above contact no. on 1st August..
