Billing Issues of Bharti Airtel Ltd

This email is pertaining to the Airtel billing issues of Ansys Software Private Limited,we are facing huge issues for the last 2Years of billings.There is always Wrong posting by Airtel,Keeping the amount in Suspense account etc.Due to this the Account Balances reflects opening Balances & Late Payment Fees.We had communicated the issues multiple times to Akansha Tiwari in Airtel,Sourav Bhattacharya in Airtel & Mr.Raghav Thirumalai in KAYCOMM Servcies Pvt Ltd.These people are the Relationship managers for our Company.

We had sent all the payment details,other clarifications etc to them,but no action was Taken from their Side.They had visited our Office Multiple times to discuss issues,but they failed to action on the Issues,they always Give False Promises regarding issues.I request you to take necessary actions against these people & let me know the status of issues.I am attaching the relevant Queries/Issues for your reference.
