Bill generation, unbilled amount and misguidance from customer care

I have been an Airtel customer since December 2016. I was updated about the plan by presales but a different plan got activated when the connection has been taken. My problems with Airtel started since then. Presently, I have been waiting for prepaid migration since June. I waited for July bill generation which supposed to get generated on July 10th. After multiple follow ups and escalation I got the bill on July 31st. So I had to pay and wait for the next bill. Which is Aug 10th and floor supervisor “Supriya and Bhargav” have confirmed me that I would get bill on time. Now, this time bill has not been generated and when raised a request on aug 13 customer care has reluctantly replied that I will need to wait for some more days to get the bill.i have paid excess amount and then customer care confirmed me that I can migrate to prepaid. When I visited local store they informed that unbilled amount is 10,200 I will get to migrate to prepaid only if I clear that amount. My issue is to convert to prepaid. And Airtel is purposfully forcing the customers to stay in postpaid by not generating bills on time and showing the wrong and huge unbilled amount. If there are any technical issues, how long would any company take to resolve. It is been more than 45 days that they are dealing with technical issues and forcing the customers to continue in postpaid. Airtel is not taking my request for prepaid conversion even if I have excess amount on my connection. Reference tickets raised with Airtel : 78049252,78680260 and few times they rejected to raise request giving the reason that they don’t have any category to raise a ticket.
