Bharat Plaza Fraud Complaint

I ordered an outfit from Bharat Plaza online on May 11 for a wedding on 24 June. I paid 13671 rupees using my credit card and payment was acknowledged.
Invoice number : BWW-46705-A and Order Number: #46705.
The site indicates that the company would take one month to deliver.
The wedding is now over and I had to buy something locally. Bharat Plaza are still making excuses. I can’t track my order on the site as it says no details of the order available.
Three weeks after I placed the order I wrote to them and requested that they cancel the order if they are unable to adhere to the sla and to please refund me so that I can get something else.
They said they won’t refund me and that I should cooperate !. Then they came up with the excuse of production issues on their side and that they had to redo the outfit.
It is now June 29th and have still not received my order. I have no need for it now. The wedding is over and they missed their sla a long time ago.

Please urgently assist. Bharat Plaza have not met customer expectations, they have extremely poor customer service and if they are unable to meet their SLA’s, then please refund the money.
They are now forcing me to accept an order that I have no use for. This is unacceptable.
