Bharat Matrimony is a FRAUD organization

Hi,

This is to inform everyone that, please do not leverage the services of Bharat Matrimony. I am already a witness for this. I just registered few days back and uploaded all the possible details.
And these guys claim themselves they never disclose the confidential things until unless the other person is a paid member in their website.
And suddenly one day I saw all of my confidential details (like annual income etc) have published in local news paper under Bharat Matrimony section.
When I have logged a ticket with them, they simply closed that by saying “we have forwarded your concern to respective team and they will get back within 24 hours”
However they never turned back. So I have reopened the same ticket more than 10 times and at last they have started asking which complain you are talking about, please explain again.
Once I have done that as well, again they closed with same standard response “we have forwarded your concern to respective team and they will get back within 24 hours”

So never ever use this Bharat Matrimony services. It’s absolutely unsafe, unsecure and seems to be a fraud company, who earns more money by disclosing your confidential stuff.

    BharatMatrimony sales executive briefed me with their product services. He explained me that if I activate/purchase classic plus by paying discounted rate 2990 Rs, I will get a list of 45 profiles. Those 45 matched profiles would be carefully selected using my partner preferences by their expert.

    Mumtaz Safi briefed me about this feature many times and told me after activation within one week i will recieve 45 matched contact details. Finally I was convinced and purchased the plan on 25-Jun-2103.

    However after activation when I checked with him, he emailed “we have provide you pls check nd confirm it”, I replied I did not receive any contacts then he said “i want to apolozise for that now i am giving you no. of our senior mr abishek kindly contact him and share your problam with him”.

    I contact his supervisor “Abhishek Kumar” he did not replied to any of 2-3 emails and did not take any corrective action.

    I feel cheated as they sold me a plan by provifing false information.

    Would like to highlight this malpractice and unethical business practice.

This company is fraud. there executive called me and offered a scheme that if i pay for 3 months, I will get 30 days subscription for free. but on completion of 30 days, they just disclosed my services and on calling, initially no one responded and later they claimed that they never offered any such scheme.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    It seems there is no provision in our legal system to check the unethical practices of app based Companies like Bharat Matrimony. My son’s I’D was created & paid by me. Later they automatically generated the profile in another caste based site for whatever reason and asked concurrence by mail & options. No mention of payments yet. Then now suddenly the profiles u want to check are gone from the original site. First u pay nearly Rs.6000/_ and then another Rs.6000/- for getting access to your chosen profile. I called to their customers care and later to their Corporate office. The response was like we a are big company. Then I mailed to them my concern. I am yet to get any response. I have the screen shot of the page asking further payment and denial of access. I request all formal and informal consumer forums and
    regulatory authorities take steps to curb such unethical practices involving breach of contract and trust. Not to speak about manipulation of private data.
