On 27 th September , immediately after tatkal recharging the whole amount got deducted. Then I contacted customer , they didn’t provide any information regarding the reason of deduction.
On 29th September I have done recharge for rs 110 but immediately after reacharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification of reason. I called the customer care but they told me exactly the same like they told on 27th ,that they don’t have any information regarding the deduction information.
On 1st October, again immediately after recharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification.
This is becoming a serious matter. I am escalating this issue and need immediate response .
