my mobile no. is 9415664173 (airtel) up east. sir airtel company didected my 20 ruppies Balance for vallu added service ‘ offers ‘ . but i did not received any call from 140 and nor give any instruction to start this service. and when we call 198 and press key 9 for Complain castmour care then unable to connect the call. same problem on 121, 9935199351. so please solve my problem and make my money back.
