Balance Dedution

Sir,
I got a call from Aircel company at 12:45 pm,12th May 16.Company’s representative tell me about data plans.I denied and cut the call bcoz I already use net pack.after call disconnect I got a SMS”Thanks for subscribing to Aircel UPE3G198.”and Rs. 198 deducted from my balance.
As same happened earlier at 20th April Aircel company deducted Rs.399 automatic but when complaint about it they says i activate myself and this is not refundable but 3rd time they register my complaint I get back my balance.but this time complain is not taken by customer care.he says i activate myself.
Kindly do the needful why they are deducted balance wthout any reason.

    Aircel did the same thing to me on 6th june 2016 – I mailed them immediately with a screen shot of the same message, but they gave the same reply they gave you – best option is to install a call recorder and also block all calls from +911400666006 or similar – I also mailed them that they can only subscribe me if I on my own so the activation sms – also I have informed them that if it happens again I will submit the call recording along with screen shot to the police and will file criminal FIR on them – I will also make a YouTube video which I will distribute world wide on social media
