Balance deduction/Refusal to register complaint

Vodafone is unfairly deducting my top-up balance. I had 3G data pack with 300mb left in it, and instead of using that balance They deducted my main balance for “clicking on paid links” in two deductions 75rd and 5 rs. Then customer care refused to tell me which links they were/which websites they were, saying they do not divulge this info. They refused to register a complaint. I let it go and a week later recharged my phone for Rs.100, recharge was successful, I went to the washroom, 20 minutes later my balance was gone, it had become from 85 odd rupees to -1.49 rupees. And I hadn’t even opened my browser, let alone use the phone.
I took screenshots and mailed Vodafone with relevant information regarding the recent deduction, but their customer care gave the solution they gave me last time “clicking on paid links” (75 and 5 rs deduction). I sent them several screens, several mails they didn’t even understand I’m Talking about a new recharge. Frustrated I decided to call their customer care (which is equally bad), explained my problem to the guy, he said to me the same things that were said via mail, then when i explained to him why he is wrong he ended the call without saying anything. Next guy I again explained the problem, he said he will register complaint, and its just taking some time to open the complaint registration page, then he also ended the call. I called a 3rd Guy, I straight away asked him to give me a complaint number so I can take this up with further authorities, he said ok, explain the nature of your problem, then he also ended the call.

Now I am scared to spend money on a recharge for this phone number, because they may cut it 20 minutes later and I can’t know why it happened, and I can’t register a complaint, and I can’t get my money back.

What is this vodafone? This is just pure shamelessness. Your company needs to be kicked out of the business right now.
