Today,(17/05/2016) I recharged my mobile no 8804060470 with talktime of 30 rupees but after some minutes it was deducted without any activation done by me.I called customer care of aircel but they cut the without telling me any reason.And, one thing more this is not the first time happened to me.
so, sir please help me.

I received a miss call from IDEA company on 20 May 16 at 1050hrs. when iI make a call back my balance deducted Rs 7.50 paise and without conformation a service was activated with deduction of again Rs. 7 Rupees. When I call to customer care No. 12345 to Miss SARSWATI she was helpless she didn’t know any thing. I am not certified with kind of cervices provided to me.Its a totally cheating.I have to option either You give me Suitable reply or I will take legalese action against the company.

dear sir ..i got a massage for 27 ftt from Aircel company …then I was done it within one hours from paytm… in that my account balance is showing zero …I did not get balance …
in that case when I was talked on 198 they told me ..u should recharge from retailer …BT in the massage I have no information for about this ..there is no not mention that recharge should be from retailer…
plz sir accept my complaints and take action as soon as possible…. thanks
