MY SELF RAUKI KUMAR A COSTOMER OF TATA DOCOMO GSM SERVICE. THE COMPANY NOT FULL FILL THE HIS GIVEN CONDITION ON INTERNET SERVICE.THE COMPANY CLAIMS SPEED OF THE GSM SERVICE IS ABOUT 30-40 kbps AND THE ACTUAL SPEED I GET IS ABOUT 3-4 kbps.the company chitted me plz help me and take requiered action against the company.COSTOMER CARE WAS NOT RESPONDING WELL WHEN I CALL THEY JUST PICK UP THE CALL AND NOT REPLYING MY QUESTION ..THIS COMPANY CHITTED VERY MUCH PLZ HELP ME.
