Bad Service From Reliance Telecommunication

Dear Sir,

I Somnath Das using reliance number (8100311756) is very upset with service from Reliance telecommunication. I am using reliance number for the last six months but unfortunately in this month some bad deduction happen from account. Firstly I Top up for Rs 111 plan but after one day deduction Rs 92 happen and after that I recharge for Rs 156 net pack and suddenly 882 MB has deducted as well. After all this mishap happen, I again recharge for Rs 55 and then again yesterday balance was deducted and the amount is Rs 45(deducted).

This all happen without any request from my end.

I have given several times mail to the Reliance customer care and also try their customer care number but they put my number on rejection call.

    Dear RCOMcare Team,

    I have received only 1 MB 3g internet balance & 52 rs money reverse. still something balance is pending from your end. 92+45+9+10=156 deducted from your end only reverse 52 balance. what about the renaming balance ??

    pls refer to below mail. if i requested to you for activated the additional facility. than please so me my any requested mail or any request opt.

    Dear RCOM Team,

    Please find the deduction List from 7/9/2014 to till date.

    1> Recharge Amount- 111(FULL TALKTIME)+156(1GB 3G NET BALANCE)= 267. Amount charged for STV46 *2 =92 from my main account balance on 9/9/2014.
    2>Recharge Amount- 55rs . amount charged for 3g net balance rs-45 from my account balance on-10/9/2014.
    3> Amount charged -9 rs for MN09.

    FINALLY BALANCE REVERSE 1024 MB 3G NET BALANCE & 54 MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE.
    PENDING BALANCE AMOUNT- 92 RS .
    WHAT ABOUT THE PENDING BALANCE ????

    please let me know how many days require for reverse my pending balance ????
