Bad experience during Europe trip

This is regarding our Europe tour from Mumbai (India), which commenced on 24-4-2012 to 8-5-2012 (European Extravaganza). Although overall trip was good and we enjoyed it, there were many shortcomings which I would like to bring it to your notice.
1) Back office communication was very poor. Flight details and other details were not provided till last 72 hours.
2) Hotels were not centrally located as mentioned in brochure, which resulted in long journey time for commutation.
3) The Floridae show at Netherland was very very very…………….bad. In spite of having Tulip season, we were deprived of visiting beautiful Tulip gardens. A great disappointment could have been easily avoided, once your first tour got an experience of floridae show. At least people should have given option to visit Tulip gardens. Please try to understand that people normally go to a Europe tour once in life time.
4) The visit to Mount Titilis was canceled due to bad weather conditions. The worst part is that cable cars started little late may be around 10-00 or 11-00 a.m. The station Manager turned deaf ear when he came to know about working of cable car. We came to know when we met other travelers from other tour when they had come back from Mount Titilis at around 2-30 p.m. The situation made us very sad and angry. It is expected from Esteem tour operator Like Thomas Cook to handle such situation in correct manner. As we pay premium cost for the brand name. The irresponsible/inefficient behavior of the station Manager coasted loss of Lifetime experience at Mount Titilis. The company should give us back ticket money, which they have not spent on us, as well as compensation.
5) One more bitter experience about a tour leader: We (myself and my wife) took deviation at London, We were to leave the group at London to visit our daughter. We requested tour leader, two days in advance, to drop us at Heathrow air port or other suitable place along with other travelers. He out right denied the request. Our deviation at London, whether from airport or hotel should have been our choice. The tour leader was extremely ruthless at the situation. We felt annoyed. We expect our transportation up to the air port should be reimbursed.
