Automatic balance deduction

Hi , over the past few months, I have noticed that my balance is suddenly low. When I checked, there are balance deduction s for some VAS – DNLD -DWAP- DLS 0099-PPU KIN 00587001 for Rs 99+– even though I have 3G pack activated on my phone number- 9687803675

There have been many such instances in last few months. One I complained in the month of Jan 2015, the same were reversed. But, I cannot keep on checking for each deduction and writing back for reversals …

Please help.
