Ordered for SONY battery pack of 10000mAh vide order no. AB3413266. Received delivery on 15th . Material inside was 90000mAh battery pack of SAMSUNG. Called customer care 04444444444 on 16th . No proper response. Wrote on facebook. One Monika replied with promise to resolve. Received a call now from 9599597532 at 5.55 pm saying that they cant help me because complaint was not lodged within 48 hours. This is a clear case of cheating. I request this forum to help me. Also we should do some thing to ban/blacklist this portal from doing business.
