Ambiguous deduction of prepaid account money

With due respect I would loke to state that: My name is Miss Barna Sengupta. Using the Airtel number : 9831494281, since 2006-7 as a prepaid customer.

On my smart phone I have been maintaining always separate mobile Internet pack and separate talk time pack, since 2012.

So many years I didn’t face any big issue.

Recently I am not satisfied the way my data has been showed as used up, and an ambiguous explanation on data use given by a senior customer care executive when I had dialed yesterday (24/04/17) at 21:45 hrs on the number 198. All the recent recharge or top ups I used to do using Airtel App on my mobile.

Kindly note my actual internet pack had a validity till 28th April. Before that speed was becoming slow (which was understandable) and as per the advice of a customer care executive of 198 number, I was said to go for a new mobile internet package , so I did a new recharge for mobile Internet pack of Rs 347 which declared to give me 28 days 3GB data with a validity till 15th May(TRANSACTION ID 170418349716) .

Same time also a separate full talk time top up above Rs 110 or so.

21st April night after coming back from evening duty of the school, I had discovered that my main account was 00:00, also Internet account was 00:00 !!! Neither I downloaded movies on my mobile nor played any high ending games within 20th April till 22nd April??

On 22nd night one talk time top up of Rs 100, and another of full talk time of Rs 333 was done. On 23rd I wanted to talk to my father and to my shock it was only main account Rs 111, & mobile internet pack balance 00:00.

I am not satisfied by the senior executive’s explanation on 198 number. Since 2012 I keep separate mobile Internet pack and separate talk time pack.In between 18th April till now my above Rs 500 data and talk time has been misused from my account. I feel there is a big mistake.

Reconciliation of my prepaid account — if it can be so said, I request you please look into the matter, as in past it never happened ; even after using it to full extent!!!! And I am conscious about my nature of use of data.It is a mishandling of customer’s account and a really an act of disrepute to a service provider from who it is not expected.
