Hi all, this is in regards to the television which I ordered on 18th July, 2016 “Philips 3000 series 40PFL3750/V7 102cms (40 nches) full HD LED TV (Black) at an offer price of Rs.20473/-. Two days later, I received a text stating that your refund is initiated for this product. I was confused as I never requested for refund and return. I contacted the Amazon customer service and spoke to a lady named “Riya” . I explained her the situation and after keeping me on hold for 15 mins, she advised me that the product got damaged before delivering to the address. I was shattered as I was never informed about it. The lady then contacted me after speaking to the seller in 2 hours and promised that she will replace the product at same cost on website. The next day when I was going to order the product, I was getting a higher price of 29000/-. I contacted the Amazon once again, unfortunately could not get through the same lady even after asking for her and the phone got disconnected. I called again 3 times but did not get proper response.
Today, I contacted again regarding the issue and spoke to Supervisor Praveen. He said that he will not replace the product as the offer is no more there. The current price is Rs. 28900/- and I can get my refund or order it at higher price. As I was upset and annoyed, in order to insult me he said he can give discount of Rs 500/-.
I am very shocked and disappointed by this behaviour. I have been suffering on this from 4 days. As this is not my fault, I would request you to provide me the same TV at the originally offered price of Rs 20473/-.
I really expect a outcome from you.
