Airtel services & careless attitude

To Airtel services,

With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel 4G services on the no 8600195296. I own a connection for which I requested the disconnection in the month of September 2015.

Here are my grievances towards the process

I requested the disconnection in September as the speed was very slow, they said me to pay the amount and we will start the process for disconnection. I did the payment of Rs 3404/-(transaction ID is 920914595) of current and previous month. Now being a 4 g connection it comes with its own device which is already paid, I stopped using the device and discnnected it.

2 months passed and I didn’t received any phone calls, then in the month of december 2015, I received call from airtel that I have a long due of two months pending.

I said them that discontinuation of the services for this number is already requested and I have stopped using the 4G connection. But there reply was that this number is still active and you will need to pay the last 2 months bill and we will once again raise the request for Discontinuation.

So I paid the bill amount again of Rs 3403/(transaction ID is 586064) for the month of Oct and Nov 2015, now they called me again in the month of Jan 2016 for the December bill , here i argued with them on their services and there repeated demands of the connection which I have stopped using from last 5 months and with “n” no of times requested for the discontinuation of this number.

So they gave me a Reference no:- 67157015 and under that they raised two request number
1) 535796817 :- For discontinuation of services &
2) 535745607 :- For the waiver of the whole Dec amount which is reflecting under my account.

Now I am again seeing the new bill generated for the billing period of Jan- Feb-Mar-April 2016.
The most annoying thing is I am no more using the connection since Sep 2015 and though its a 4 g connection no calls nothing can be made out of this number.
and I am continuously requesting for closing the number, but I am receiving
continuous bills. I am not at all willing to pay this bill. This is weird and I
want to settle this as soon as possible. I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel
as they are unnecessarily charging for another 4 months.
Please look into the matter as I have locked the request on September, then
December and 09th January and want to ignore this new amount of Rs 4749/- with proper NOC
receiving from Airtel.
