Airtel mobile complaint_9845591581

Hi,
Airtel people was activated new plan on my postpaid mobile number 9845591581.
If I ask to reactivate my existing plan they are saying that that is not possible.
I logged the case in airtel 121 customer care but no use. Please do the needful on this issue.
