Airtel DTH activation delay, false promises from customer care

Name of company/service: Airtel

I bought an Airtel DTH HD from airtel.in online on 16.07.13 Tuesday for Rs. 3200 (Payment reference No.: 716670738).The customer ID created immediatly after payment (customer ID: 3012902854). DTH istalled in home on next day 12.30 pm(17.07.13) and service guy asked me to call 18001020303 after 20 mins to activate the service. I was trying last 2 days to that number and airtel customer care number 12150. Every time they use to say with 2 hours it will activate or 24 hours or 2o mins. Its already 48 hours over. i called the service person who installed the DTH in my place, he is telling we are retailers if you bought from us we have dont it in 5 mins but u bought from airtel.in so you have to contact them only. I was helpless dont know whom to contact and what to do.
