I lodged a complaint on 31.5.17 for not getting Airtel HD DTH. Till date complaint not resolved. I spoke to service engineers

Kumar said santosh will come. santosh said kiran will come. He said he will come yesterday by 10.30 but he did not turn up. When I called, he said will come today by 10.00. When I called to confirm whether he is coming or not, he said he will come 5.30 p.m. Now when I called, he has texted me stating that he will come tomorrow.

i have recharged Rs.510 on 24.5.17. In this month for not getting channels i have lodged five complaints. In total without receiving any channel you have deducted Rs.50 per day x 20 days. My agony count is 2. Can you direct your engineers to attend the problem immediately and credit the money deducted when no service was not given and pay Rs.10,000/- towards mental agony i have suffered. Treat this as legal notice. I reserve my right to sue you in consumer court for deficiency in service and deducting money without giving service.

  1. My agony count is 1. I have booked a new dth connection on 06.07.2017 and till now have not received a single call from the engineers or the airtel dth office.
    I need Rs 5999 as mental agony compensation for all the nonsense i had to face from airtel.
    I have might rights to sue you in the consumer court. Take it as a legal notice
