my name is mohammed safer.my complaint airtel mobile no 9995351548.on oct 6th 2013 I will gave a reguest for portout and I get a unigue code AL542464.On 7 th oct I get a call from airtel on this mobile 9995912345 and one executive mr.sajith told me don’t change ur network and he committed offer like 1gb 2g data for 1 month and call reducing pack.then after 3 days I don’t get this offer and I call to customer care for enqury.but they told u r not eligible because u don’t get any call.but I am sure I get call from airtel and the no is 9995912345 at 2.57 pm and morethan 6.57 mintute I spoke.this is really cheating.pls take action
