Airtel cable connection to be reconnected

We had disconnected our airtel; connection due to some technical problem in our television but now we have replaced it with an LED but we have no cable connection,i request you to activate our connection and send your technician for the connection so that we can maintain a good relation in future.our customer id mobile no and address are mentioned below.
