With reference to the above, I have to advise you that I had availed airtel Data Card
Connection with monthly plan of Rs.450/- (2GB free with 3 G Speed and then 2G with
charges,) while availing the connection I was told by the sales representative of the airtel
that the monthly bill will not exceed by Rs.625/- as we shall be able to use 3G speed up
to 2GB with free usage and after that for further usage in 2G speed we must get message
for further usage.

I would also like to inform you that as per the USED KB’s mentioned in my bill which
amount to Rs.1685/-approx for the month of September 2012 are approx. 1.12 GB and as I had purchased the plan for Rs.450/- (2GB free with 3
G Speed and then 2G with charges) then I am unable to understand the bill of Rs 1685.00
on the Usage of 1.12 GB, my data card device is also showing the yearly usage of only
1.68 GB downloading plus 552.78 MB of Uploading.

And on telephonic conversation for the clarification the representative threats me for a
legal notice and says whatever charges are there I have to pay.

I am not denying for the payment but first I need a justified clarification for these
charges, and I am ready to pay for the genuine charges as per the plan I purchased,
further my credit limit prescribed by airtel was Rs.1000/- as no confirmation message
was provide to me for exceeding my credit limit of Rs.1000/- and in between they closed
my connection as well saying I have crossed my credit limits, I am displeased to inform
with such practices adopted by Airtel in their billing details, I would like to resolve the
matter and want to surrender the SIM and Data Card connection with proper justification
of bill and charging me appropriated charges borne by me and correct usage of 3G speed
data, as I had not used as per the mentioned amount in the bill also such practices adopted
by the sales representative of the airtel for giving wrong details of plan, schemes and
usage also such fake sales representative should be dismantle from Airtel, also clailmed
for the compensation for the uncomfortable calls given to me on my mobile number
9408231133 and threat for legal notice . Such calls had been made to me by saying from
Rajkot airtel office, but unable to tell the exact location of the office of the Rajkot.
I am very displeased by the practices adopted by the airtel making followup for the the
payment by using certain illegal recovery agents named Mr. Puresh from airtel office-09558452248 .1st
floor .above HDFC Bank ,Nirmala Road,Rajkot by threatening the customer by various
malafide practices.
Further I would also like to draw your attention with the customer care feedback and
customer care representative for not giving proper answers and not looking to the
complaints as I had earlier noted my complain for getting proper justification of my usage
in Data Card-76000013927.
Therefore concerning to the same please provide me clarification for the same.
