Airtel 3G dongle not connecting

I dushyant singh have purchased Airtel 3G Data Card(9971408088) from Airtel store in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad but their is no 3G coverage at my serving area. Before purchasing 3G data card i multiple times check with about 3G coverage at
i have been assured by that their is good 3G coverage in my serving area.

I purchased Airtel 3G Data Card (9971408088) advance rental plan of 2550 Rs/.
based on assurance of good 3G coverage but but their is no 3G coverage.
I reached Airtel store with my problem i have been reverted
its not their problem i need to check with Airtel 3G Data Card Toll free number
: 18001030405.

I register my problem at 18001030405 , i have been given request no-56060198 &
reverted that their is no 3G site nearby my location & no fututre timeline is their till what time 3G site is installed.

After that i multiple times checked with Airtel complaint number about my issue but no resolution instead i have been answered that when site will be installed their in future you will get 3G connectivity that time.I requested to withdraw my connection & provide me refund i have been told Airtel is not going to refund you anything.
This is worst ever answer any service provider can provide to any customer.Its totally cheat & fraud by Airtel to a customer.
My request is to please address my problem ASAP either provide me 3G coverage at my location or refund my advance rental amount.
