Dear Team,

My name is Vishal Kumar Gupta and my company name is Furious Technology India Pvt Ltd. I was using airtel PRI service from first week of this month and now suddenly my PRI (0120-4822050) outgoing services has been barred, I asked to customer care number they provided me the information that there is an unbilled amount is remaining, I again asked to him how? They replied that any other company didn’t clear the dues and blaming me that you are associated with that company so you have to pay, however nothing like that. We are an individual organization.

Now my problem is that I unable to run my business due to unnecessarily barred outgoing services. I am using a rented premises and I don’t know what kind of things had already happened here. Please find the details on Ministry of Corporate Affairs which clearly shows all the relevant information and also shows that we are an individual organization and we are not associated with any other company. So please do the needful on priority.

Apart from this, how they can stop my PRI services without any intimation and they are blaming me and my company as well. One more thing I want to know because I unable to run my business “Who will bear my loss?

I need your support please do the needful ASAP.
