Name of company/service: TV Products India Pvt. Ltd. (Televantage)
Televantage has been advertising their products thru a TV channel and it was very promising because they show the fitting of the product as Excellent. Accordingly I purchased 1 set of Aire Bras costing Rs.3000/-. On receiving the produc, it was a total disappointed as there is absolutely no fitting. I contacted the company and explained to them my disappointment and requested them to refund my money but they refuse to do so. I appeal to consumer forum to please look into this matter as Rs.3000/- is not an amount one can just let go. I am unable to understand how TV channels are allowing such companises to advertise. Viewers have faith in channels and hence go forward in buying products.
I humbly request the concerned to please see the product once worn and then can decide whether I am telling the truth.
