Sir, i am using aircel number of 9965880075. Most of my friends using airtel service.i have activated free mobile sms services across india. But i couldn’t send the message and recive the messages to the airtel number.. So, please take a action to solve the problem between these both companies..
I am a airtel user… But my friends are aircel.. I can send more than 1000 msg in 3 days… But now u block sms to aircel… Its most affect my communication and it may cause to change my network to aircel… If u solve tis problem quickly… I may change to your network.. Otherwise i was change to aircel….
i am a aircel user and my frnd have a airtel netwrk i can send more than 50 sms in a day but my frnd not recve any sms from my side … they told me you dnt have a time for me you dnt have a time to reply my messages …………. i am recve sms from their side but i am unable to reply ……… i can change my netwrk to airtel now its all right ….

This is issue is still at supreme court. Aircel has not paid the dues of Airtel and hence the sms services are been blocked..

me too an aircel customer from kerala. If there is some dispute between the operators why the hell they want to pull it to us? Doesnt the fellow customers have any value? Its a bad way from airtel. They are not able to digest with the cheap SMS offers aircel is providing to its customers.
This is totally cheating the customers. If both the companies having a problem with them means they need to fight in court then why shuts the sms, bcz of this the customers only suffering. resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Better we all change our network to vodafone or docomo then only they will realize the value of a customer.
All were very happy with aircel its all bcoz of this money minded airtel the problem started its creating misunderstandings between us n our relationships we dont have peace of mind when will this problem slove y the hell they are irritating us like this very bigly they say we care for our customers what the hell they are doing now troubling us like this

“With reference to your e-mail dated 19.11.2012, we would like to thank you for raising your concern. The issue could be due to a technical issue with the Operator form whose network you are sending a sms to us. However, please note that you are able to send SMS to Airtel and it is getting delivered successfully. You may also be aware of newspaper reports that Airtel has blocked SMS for both Aircel & Reliance Network. So, advice you to check with Airtel itself.”
it was stupid thing..at least they need to inform, so that we wont send message.Unnecessarily i misunderstand my friend…i am really angry on this two services..i am going to change to other service..
Really very worst airtel network and their customer service… You r not doing free service for us. You should tel b4 stopping msg service. Hi all ban this service change to other network.

Really I ashamed of using Airtel network Since I am using this network on last 6 years. On Nov 14th I have Sent more than 30 SMS to Aircel users no messages has been delivered but they charged 1Rs/SMS. We are giving our money to help not we are asking yours. I have already changed my network. Good bye Airtel…
Helo Service Providers, its your responsibility to communicate to your customers about the issue and you should have to solve it within a day. This is ridiculous. You guys are cheating your customers. People wont wait for long.

Hi instead of using a private company’s mobile service.Better all change to state owned BSNL.I have already changed to it.They don’t bombard you with promotional calls or smses.no hidden charges.Transparent one.Good bye airtel!In this case airtel is the culprit!
It’s been 10days this issue is been moving and when we call the customer care they throw the ball (Customer) to the others court saying check with them. Waited for a week and have changed to Vodafone and able to send and receive messages from all my Airtel and Aircel friends :). Cheers Vodafone. Bu-bye Airtel & Aircel keep on fighting in the court.
Worst fight between Aircel and Airtel.. TRAI pls take care of this issue. If it is doing so,Most of them were hated by their Networks..No one should aware of their consumers.. Worst customer care.

Daily I used to chat with my friends. More or less I used to send more than 150 msg daily…Im using airtel and most of my frequent contaact frinds are aircel…Its impacting me a lot….And top of this the customer care not aware of this problem itsef….Telling stupid things like check for msg centre no, try in different handset etc……..What TRAI is doing..Consumer impact is more than thousand, why do they took a step??

Sir, I’m an Aircel subscriber, my no. is 7278684512, but most friends of mine are using Airtel. So I’m unable to contact them through Text SMS since November 11. Now they can’t even text SMS to my no. Both of these two service providers have blocked SMS connection with each other. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

I am a airtel user… i am facing sms problem. plz understand and rectify the problem soon. otherwise we will change network to aircel.
Since diwali we are facing this issue. I do recharge every month for SMS pack. Now I am unable to send any sms to aircel number and most of my friends are using aircel. Whats the use of being a customer of airtel. Both the companies are losing their brand image in front of the public and also they forgot to provide good services to their customers. If there is any problem between the companies why the customers shouild get affected.

When this pblm over. I act rs.60 sms pack. Only send sms my brother aircel number. My bad time act on sep 9th onwards, totaly waste for me. Plz try solve the issue as soon as posible

Airtel and aircel should understand the situation what their customers are feeling about their dispute. You are losing your repo in india nothing else. Hi Friends This is my Kind request to all you guys who are facing this issue. Please tell your friends as well. Now we have to take an action against this. All of you send a PORT mobileno to 1900. The strength of port and the reason behind this being the SMS issue will pressurize both the operators to take a quick decision. Please friends do this it wont cost you anything. When u get a call back from the operator just tel them the sms reason for porting. Cheers to all..
its almost 25 days. One can’t imagine that Aircel or Airtel can do this silly thing with the customers.

This is really bad. Airtel can’t just block the SMS…. Because of this both sides are suffering. Deal your disputes within yourselves, why do they trouble the customers…. And it’s almost a month now. Me and my friends HAVE HAD IT with you and your stupid network. The only think we valued in Airtel was it’s reliability, and now thats gone to hell as well….. We are shifting to Vodafone…. I hope everyone else here follows….. Only then they’ll learn the value of customers!
