After recharging validity of the package reduced and unable to recharge my A/c online

I have purchased airtel Dth but faced so much hassle after 1 month that i am considering to change the service provider. First i was faced much tension when i was trying to recharge it as when i entered my cust id-3017175021 on airtel.in website it is saying that it is incorrect or invalid, the same situation is with app. When i tried to recharge through retailer it didn’t get recharged for 2 days.
After repeated conversation with customer care and escalations they told that first time you will have to recharge through dealer and the server was down so might be i was not able to recharge through retailer earlier. Then again i went to dealer and got my a/c recharged with Rs.240 for one month (earlier also i told to customer care guy that plz do the change if any needed in my plan as i need 240/- monthly pack) now after watching only for 10 days a pop up is coming that your subscription will get expired in 4-5 days. And still i am unable to recharge my account online neither through website nor through app with the same issue that cust id is inactive/invalid. plz resolve my issue asap.
