Each and Everytime,whenever Tata Sky personnel calls me ( my tata sky registration no. is 1083141091 ) from no.+1409322099 I became over cautious because they activate new channel (s) without my consent .So I never talk about any new channel activation from my side .Although whenever I got any massage from tata sky that your request completed for so & so .Then earlier I just log in to my tata sky portal and drop pack means deactivate the newly activated channel (s ) forcefully by tata sky.But today at 2.28 pm again that call rang and then the same drama.They activate ACTIVE COOKING !!! This time I could not DROP PACK from My Tata Sky Portal because of some funny reason .They are saying ” you can not drop this pack because …….. It is for 6 months period ( and the rate is Re. 1 per Day.)
Now please told me what to do ?
Where should I go to teach tata sky a lesson ?

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [email protected] or call their Toll Free Number at 1-800-1806633. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the package and reimburse the amount deducted.
