Abuse and use of foul language by an employee

On 26th November, 2014, a kotak mahindra employee comes to our office at 3.30pm to collect money for EMI, my father told the concerned person to come on saturday to collect money as banks shut down at 3.00pm. He called his senior named Mr. Akash Rane, his contact no. being 02261048452, and he just starts with calling out my mother’s name and asking where is she? And what she does? We will pick her car and started abusing my father. The car being registered on my mother’s name.
My father had told them politely to visit the office on saturday to collect the money for EMI, But Mr. Rane started abusing and started talking in foul language.
Kotak Mahindra is such a reputed company, do they really hire such goons to handle their company? The banking industry is suppose to be more polite and about customer service, but such incidents shows the true side of the industry.
