About the Setup Box Of Fastway Network at Ludhiana

My setup box of fastway had been start giving me a trouble before 15 days. My cable operator had collected my setup box on that date. He told me that he should give to me after 1 or 2 days, but till 1o days i didn’t get any update from operator then I raise a complaint with fastway customer care on July 19 2012. They told me that my complaint has been resolved within 4-6 hours. But they did not give any feedback then I again talk with fastway customer care on July 20 .On that time they told me that they should resolve within 24 hrs but again they did not give any feed back to me then I again call on July 21 .On that time they told me to resolve on July 22 before 12 pm. But my problem still not resolve. Instead of resolving my problem they are harassing me.
