Sent Fake shoes and Declining its Refund

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from snapdeal.com and those shoes turned out to be fake ones and as I returned my ordered the Company refused to issue the Refund and instead sent those shoes back stating they did not meet their guidelines ..what Am I supposed to do now..need some help as soon as possible
