Location/place: 236, Sector – 30, Faridabad, Haryana – 121003

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My Corporate Vodafone mobile number is 9999988938 and my request ID with Vodafone is 290777385. This request was generated on my request as 3G services were activated on my account when I did not even have 3G support handset. I had Blackberry 8520 handset when 3G service was activated. It may be noted that when I checked with Vodafone they provided me the mobile number through which service was requested (as per Vodafone) however this number is a 9 digit number. I have written several emails to reverse the cahrges of Rs.1295 however I have not recieved any response from Vodafone. Please refer below email :
Can you please advice status of below service request? Please also note as per your records the mobile number through which the request was sent is a 9 digit number, this means 3G service was deliberately activated through this fake number.

I have done so many follow ups but to no avail. Please suggest when appropriate amount will be refunded/adjusted.

Can you please provide me an update? I have already made the payment for both invoices .i.e. Mar & April ! I also like to understand your turnaround time as I have been chasing since 22Apr.

Dear Mr. Marten, please accept my apology for marking you this email and using these words however; it seems your nodal office is deaf and dumb. I have made the payment for my Mar & April invoices which includes Rs. 1295 3G data charges when I have not even used 1KB of usage.

Dear Nodal officer,

Please refer invoice for April (0148217818) and May (0150275763), both the invoice showing a charge of Rs. 1250/- for activating 3G services where as it was deactivated on 06April (as confirmed by you in trail mail). If the charges were applicable in April invoice how come the same charge is reflecting in May invoice too. This also means I have been charged twice one in April and one in May for the same service that was activated once.

Since, I never requested to activate 3G services I also checked with your customer service and they told me that request was made on 02April and that too from a cell number which is not even register in my name or account and is not in my phone book either. Secondly, I was not even in Delhi on 02April and you can verify this from your records.

Regards,

Amit

Subject: 3G Charges

Hello,

Please refer my corporate mobile no. 9999988938 and Mar invoice which shows Rs. 3G charges. When I called Vodafone Customer service centre I was told I had requested to activate 3g services on 2Apr when I did not have a 3G handset as I was using Blacberry 8520 until 7April (I bought Samsung Galaxy S2 on 7Ap). Since, I did not have 3G handset and never requested to activate 3G plan there is no way I could request to activate 3G plan or services. Hence, I request you to kindly reverse these charges in my next invoice/billing and apprise of the same.
