This builder has completely goofed up its first residential project – Lotus Boulevard, it has endlessly delayed handing over /possession of respective flats in absence of approval from noida authoroties, though they have been very forthcoming in penalising customers for delayed payemnts at 18% rate of interest but not ready to reimburse delay caused by them in the same coin ,thier delay is due to thier improper planning , absence of approvals and delay in construction. they have refelcted how badly managed thier project is and how high headed thier emplyoees are over customer handling. I personally would never recommed to put one’s hard earned money in thier project/s.

    I’ve been told numerous times that the noida development authority would soon grant the necessary permission and would complete the required formalities. But nothing seems to be moving. People who visit the site are given false hope by the property guys that the possession would be given soon.but no body is aware of the correct picture.

    This is worrisome. I have a flat booked at Lotus Boulevard which is scheduled to be handed over in Dec, 2012. If the first batch of flats is yet to be handed over (grant of possession) when will mine be given? Its in phase III..tower 21 on the 20th floor..

  3. Yes,I agree too.Everytime there is a new story about the possession of Phase I.Incase there are issues the managment should come forward and atleast give a clear picture to us.

    Total mismanagement , no one bothers to even reply , a high headed staff , no commitment on registration of flats …we are on roads because of them …….
    we thought its 3 C that is known for its timely completion of projects ….and the attitude of staff is pathetic….

    Dear All,

    I went to 3c Lotus Boulevard site yesterday and according to the 3c staff phase-3 is delayed by 18 months, expected delivery date is June 2014.

    Please suggest the way forward.

    It was 3C’s first residential project. They have hit themselves in the foot by delaying by 1.5 years. The latest from the 3C office is that Phase 3 will be ready for possession by June 2014. As others the 3C management people are also shameless. One thought this would be a good company but no. Apart from delay in possession they have constructed many other buildings in the same complex, who knows when all buildings r ready it will be choc-a-bloc. Right now in the market ATS is the best builder as far as quality is concerned (its the costliest also) and Purvanchal is the best as far as value for money and timelines are concerned. Most of their projects have been delivered on time (or with minimum delay) and current projects are also progressing well. They also have the most spacious rooms in their properties.

  10. there is an end less delay in possession of phase 3 lotus boulevard project.
    i had booked a flat in phase 3 in January 2010. As per allotment letter possession of the flat was supposed to deliver by March 2013. Almost 95% payment have been also made according to taken contruction link plan ( CLP ).

    But after that the work has stopped by the builder . Visited several time to the Site & every time the sales guy given us wrong hope. When it will deliver no body knows .

    Really i m too much fed up with irresponsible behaviour of this builder.

  11. I have no idea when i wll get my flat
    it was booked in 2009 and plan to delivered in 2013 .
    but there is no updated, when it will get complete.

    We have booked the flat in October 2009 with 3C company with hope that company would give possession of flats before the projected time period. Not only we but also we ensured and convinced large number of persons to go for the project and made they believed that company was good in reputation. We believed as Company was indeed having the reputation that time. Alas! we were wrong. it is almost 6 years we are yet to recieve communication from the company in respect of flat possession at Tower 22. Moreover there is not a satisfactory reply to when possession shall be given. Whether it was our big mistake to go for 3C. It think company will respond to the satisfaction of flat allottees. I advice the company to maintain their reputation and come with clear mind. No keep in dark the allottees.

    i had booked my flat in October 2009 and was assured to get possession in 2013. every time ,I was told that the possession would be given after 3 months but more than 6 years have passed. i dont how much more time will they take for giving us the possession of the flat. i visited the site last month, there was no work in progress. i was shocked. i am a serviceman and had made investment for income purpose only. the present rental value there is around 22000-25000 which means there is a loss of 2.5 lakshs annually. will the builder bear my loan installments which I pay. i want to become a member of the association. pls advice how to proceed.

    Booked my flat in Tower 27 January 2010. 3C was supposed to give possession of flat by 2013. When will I get my flat? I am seriously looking at legal option. If anyone else interested get in touch with me on WhatsApp 0064211311862

    i had booked the flat in tower 22 in Lotuc boulevard in 2009 and they have given a letter for fit out with increase in area and no mention of delayed payment. please advise me the legal action where i can claim the delayed payment clause

    Hi. I have a flat in tower9, 1803. For the safety of my kids wants to cover the balcony with further grill with 3feet. Because the balcony provide the platform to kids to climb on the grill. But these guys are not allowing and not giving proper reason. Whom can i approach for this,

  18. the location is good for lotus boulevard sector 100 and the flat layout is good. but the real real problem is the construction quality which is really substandard and on top of that the maintenance is a big problem. the maintenance is third party and they are really a group of cheap illiterate and useless people. they do not do anything…. they are clueless and if you have got even a small maintenance issue….. you are in for a ride. they are charging as much maintenance as ATS but services are no way near. i recommend you to not buy their projects as due to pathetic maintenance as the building gets older….. its cost will depreciate at a much faster rate
