Name of company/service: Tata docomo

Iam using a TATA DOCOMO sim with number 9035488735.Last month i got a message saying that 30 rs has been deducted from my account for subscription to Devotional portal-ANMOL.This deduction happend without any confirmation from my side.Than i called up customer care and told them to “deactivate” the same service and activate “Do not disturb” services,they said it takes 7 days of time to do this and they cant repay back the amount what they deducted.
Again this month i got a message yesterday saying that 30 rs has been deducted from my account for renewel of subscription to Devotional portal-ANMOL.If i tell to the customer care they said a simple sorry as usual and deactivated the service.Such kind of issues can create a bad impression on the company.Can you please do the needful to repay back the amount of 60 rs into my balanace amount and also should make sure that none of the deductions should happen without customer confirmation
